Why Do I Have "RED" Members?


Under tools in your Peoplestring backoffice you will find a list of your downline memebers. If your new members are showing up red in the PeopleString back office this basically means that those individuals have not confirmed their email address! Make sure that the new members that join your string activate and confirm their email address in order to fully complete their registration with PeopleString.

If you happen to see a new member that is blue on your PS tree in the back office and then they suddenly turn to red that means that they either canceled their account or they unfortunately were caught doing something wrong that got them removed from PeopleString. (Like creating 2 accounts, which is a no-no)

Lastly, make sure if you have been a PeopleString member for a while that your information is correct. Check your settings and be sure that your PeopleString email has been confirmed. If you have not received offers then it is possible that your information is incorrect and it needs to be updated. Contact the red members on your tree and make sure that they are aware of this situation!
